A study by fatties finds that broccoli, brussel sprouts, whole grain rice and leafy vegetables are worse for you than double-stuffed pizzas and french fries. Frank Lard, of The Arkansas Society of Huge People, released an article today that claimed most people would be better off hitting the dollar menu at a fast food restaurant than following a low-carb/high-fiber diet.

The group’s health food of choice is the McFlurry, topped with dollops of high grade whipping cream, chocolate sprinkles and green (not red) maraschino cherries.

The paper also states that sleeping is the best form of exercise.
